Is this legal or procurement advice?+
No. Shallist is an aid. SAM.gov is the system of record and you remain responsible for compliance and for acknowledging amendments.
How accurate is it?+
We extract verbatim text with page references, verify each page reference against the source text, and merge duplicates. On our test packages recall exceeds 95%. Always spot-check against the source; that is why every row has a page number and a 'page verified' flag.
What files work?+
PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and ZIP up to 300 pages / 60 MB in total. Scanned image-only PDFs (no text layer) are not supported yet.
What happens to my files?+
Stored encrypted in Google Cloud, used only to build your matrix, deleted automatically after 30 days. Never used to train models.
Do I need an account?+
No. Your results live at a private link that is also emailed to you. Keep the email; the link is your key.
Refunds?+
If the matrix is unusable, reply to your delivery email within 30 days and we refund you. See the refund policy.
